At Greater Austin Neighborhoods, we are committed to achieving sustainability in the building and management of our communities. 

Investing in and supporting efficient building initiatives saves on operating costs, reduces residents' utility costs, and improves overall quality of life in communities. 

We team up with groups like Urban Patchwork to offer the following services in our communities:

• Personal Growth Opportunities, such as gardening and nutrition

• Education Services, such as nutrition and urban farming

• Neighborhood Advancement Programs, such as community farming
